I confirm that I am happy to accept the following:
- - We will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable date for delivery, in line with the couriers delivery routes.
  - The courier will confirm your delivery Am/Pm time window by text message, to the number provided on the order, before 3pm, 1 working day prior to delivery. Subject to a mobile phone number being supplied and the text service being available.
  - You must arrange for someone to be available to sign for the delivery, failing this a redelivery charge of £25.00 will apply.
  - All items need to be checked they are delivered without damage before signing to accept the delivery, failing this we can not be held liable to replace or refund any damaged parts or items.
  - Please note couriers are required to allow sufficient time to inspect the goods.
  - You must contact Victorian Plumbing within 24 hours if you have any problems, or faults.
  - Please note the couriers are NOT insured to carry items into your property and can not assist. The delivery service ends once the parcel is delivered to the outside of the property.
