Had first ordered a couple of other products, smaller though, was happy with the basin taps and a shaving mirror that we had ordered. finally ordered the pedestal basin and abasin mixer, hoping for the best and same sort of service. Ordered at the time there was big weather problems....they kept us informed of slight delay due to conditions and even though was couple days later than dates site gives, they kept us in the loop and can't blame them for the snow. when product arrived it was intact. all round, overall good job
