Astonishingly quick turnaround, pleased.
Having identified our required products, the internet showed 2 companies who stocked and delivered what we needed. Victorian Plumbing was marginally more expensive than the other option. As this was one of those purchases where a fiver either way is less important than good service, I called both businesses for a chat. The cheaper business just wanted me off the line, referring me to their website for info. Victorian Plumbing were much more helpful and human, and gave me the impression that should something go wrong, they would be proactive in finding a resolution.
Nothing did go wrong, quite the reverse- I live on the other side of the country, and my order placed online at 3pm arrived before 8am the next day.
