Came across Victorian plumbing through google. Had never ordered from them before but would order again great service with the next day delivery.Toilet arrived well packaged, opened the box and sure enough it contained a toilet, a cistern and a seat as described. My plumber was in pressed with the loo and his seen plenty.Good quality well made loo which looks great in my cloakroom.

I chose this toilet for its clean lines and lack of 'nooks and crannies' in which dirt and germs could collect. I am extremely pleased with it, especially with how streamlined and modern it is/looks. It was the best priced one of its kind I could find anywhere, not least because the enclosed cistern and lovely chrome push-button flush was included in the price.

When this toilet was delivered to me it had a crackdown the back. I reported this and they replaced it with a new toilet. However, they did not take away the broken one! The new one looks good - the picture is a true reflection and apart from the problem with the first item it looks like it's decent quality.

Nice clean lines on this loo, very easy to keep clean no nooks and crannies to collect dirt. Only disappointment is the lid, as it is not soft close like the seat so does go with a bit of a bang sometimes if you forget!
