A Brief History
Victorian Plumbing started selling bathrooms in 1999 with a select range of original and antique bathroom furniture including taps, showers and cast iron baths (Victorian Originals). Our in house craftsmen specialised in the restoration of these items and also offered a comprehensive customisation service on request. We quickly developed a strong reputation for supplying unique and specialist items, many of which have since been featured in popular household magazines and on TV shows. In 2003 we expanded our range to include many of the popular high street brands, ranging from the latest modern/contemporary designs to more traditional ranges.

In January 2010, we launched a new web site to further improve our consumers shopping experience and broaden the range of products available to the public. Having invested a great deal of time and effort designing and building this new site we would welcome your comments, in order for us to improve our customers overall experience. We have included a range of great features to aid the shopping experience and remove the hassle often experienced with registrations and passwords. Other amendments include real-time stock levels and delivery information to further assist you in the buying process. Our Business
The managing director, Mark Radcliffe has been involved with online businesses for over 10 years allowing him to build a substantial understanding of what is needed to succeed online and provide the best service to our customers. Our customer service team is dedicated to assisting customers with any queries and aim to provide quick and efficient responses. The department is headed up by Lynnette who works hard to ensure best practice is put in place and that we learn from all of our customers? experiences. Victorian Plumbing also employs its own IT team who maintain and create the software that controls our web site. Having a dedicated team in house allows the company to react instantly to industry changes and deploy the latest technologies to further improve our systems. Last but by no means least, our warehouse operatives, who strive to ensure that all customers receive their goods in excellent condition, without delay.
