Prompt and efficient customer service reaction
I found exactly what I wanted from their extensive range online and ordering was simple. However, I realized very soon afterwards that the purchase was an unnecessary one. I emailed their customer service department quite late at night. The following morning I was emailed back to say that the purchase had been cancelled. To me this suggests that they are not just after a quick buck, and that they care about repeat business and customer satisfaction.
